Education
Our experience in the renewable sector shows us that one of the added benefits of installing a wind turbine or Photovoltaic system is education. We have lots of installs at formal education institutions like schools, colleges, universities and even Galway Mayo Institute of Technology. Many of these have bought weather stations to allow detailed analysis of how weather affects production.

In the agricultural sector farmers have used education about their turbines to promote other products or service they offer. From farms to offices wind turbines make people aware of renewable energy.
Public Sector
Renewable Energy Systems offer significant advantages to public sector buildings, from schools to local authorities, offices and remote council housing. By adopting Micro Generation technology, governments are able to reduce or eliminate energy costs and cut down carbon emissions to meet overarching targets.

Worldwide, governments are setting aggressive carbon reduction targets and adopting far-reaching policies in the area of climate change. In the UK, the Government has committed to ensure that Government office estate is carbon neutral by 2012. The United States Government has committed to reduction in carbon emissions to 1990 levels by the year 2010, and over 172 countries across the world have ratified the Kyoto Protocol on climate change.
Public sector estate can become carbon neutral. It can benefit from on-grid environmentally sound energy and generate revenue from excess energy production.
